JP Harris + Jack Browning

Headline

JP Harris, with support from Jack Browning, delivered a night of grit, soul, and raw Americana at The Louisiana in Bristol - a venue that felt tailor-made for the stripped-back, roots-driven energy both acts brought to the stage.

Opening the show, Jack Browning played a solo acoustic set that drew the room in with its warmth and honesty. With his husky vocals, heartfelt songwriting, and natural charm, Browning's performance felt like an intimate fireside session. His bluesy fingerpicking, storytelling lyrics, and genuine connection with the crowd created a mood that was equal parts tender and spirited.

Then came JP Harris - bringing his signature brand of no-frolls, honky-tonk revival with a tight backing band of top-tier players. With a deep Southern drawl and a voice weathered by years on the road, Harris tore through a set that was equal parts rowdy and reflective. From wailing Telecaster licks to moments of steel guitar melancholy, the performance was rich in texture and tradition. It was a masterclass in modern country that doesn't pander - just pure, rootsy brilliance delivered with heart.
